At Sunflower Café, chef and gardener work together to grow and prepare over 250 varieties of certified organic produce. We've brought the tables to the farm, offering the freshest foods straight from our land to your plate.

Our ingredients are selected for their quality, nutrition, and ethical cultivation. Through a blend of classic and modern techniques, we elevate each dish, allowing the simple beauty and complex flavours of our food to blossom.

We practice no-till, regenerative farming to keep our soil healthy and our produce delicious. By avoiding traditional tilling, we preserve soil structure, support microorganisms, and retain nutrients. Our regenerative methods boost biodiversity and sustainability, resulting in vibrant, flavorful produce that shows our commitment to the earth and your plate.
